"The best accommodation we have stayed in. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Communication was excellent and we really appreciated the early access and later check out. The appartement is absolutely gorgeous- immaculately clean and with good quality fittings. The view from the corner window is stunning and a lovely place to eat. It’s easily accessible by tram with a station just around the corner and a bus stop across the road. There are a couple of lovely boulangeries- cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance as is the Promenade des Anglais. There is a supermarket right across the road and a couple more 2/3 minutes away. We have had a wonderful few days here and would gladly return and recommend. Thank you Tracy and Alex for all your help- it’s been a pleasure dealing with you."

"Lovely property, exactly as shown in the photos. The beds are comfortable, and the flat is spotlessly clean. The location is very central, in a lovely area with cafés nearby. The owner kindly allowed us a late check-out, so we didn’t have to wait long at the airport. I highly recommend this property!"

"The apartment was beautiful. It was very clean and the air con was amazing (so needed in this heatwave). We were greeted by one of the building managers, I cannot remember her name! But she was lovely and gave us so many great recommendations so we made the most of our days. Thank you so much"

"The apartment has a nice vibe. We really liked the living room. Great view of the city. It is also quite close from the Nice Ville train station (8 min walk), beach (5-6 min walk), old town (25-30 min walk). The host was nice. Additional info: There are 2 shower places, one on the hallway and the other one in one of the rooms. It only has a toilet."
